There are really too many reasons to mention, but if I had to narrow it down, I would say one thing is we are a mere three-hour drive from 25% of the population of the United States.
We
have the best of everything. We have the city, the suburbs, and the country. We
have the best schools and beautiful farms. Our schools compete with private
schools throughout the nation. The weather is great through all four seasons.
